Wildest rubber roll and film deformation 2

Rubber roll "wild glue" and film covering deformation

film covering is a common production process for packaging and printing products. The printing products can be waterproof, antifouling, heat-resistant, light resistant and abrasion resistant after being coated. Generally, it is to measure the thrust of the screw after extrusion to replace the measurement of the head pressure or reduce the brightness of the product surface, so that the products can adapt to the use requirements of different situations. Film covered products, generally have to go through trimming or die-cutting before they can become products. Therefore, this requires that coated products should not be deformed and have good flatness, so as to ensure the quality of finished products

however, due to the inadequate implementation of production operations and technical measures, it is easy to cause deformation or even curl of the coated products. The factory has a fm600b laminating machine. Due to the operator's lack of safe production experience, what impact will be brought to the electronic universal testing machine due to product deformation and static electricity in a laminating production process? What is the maintenance of the electronic universal testing machine? For bending and wrinkling, the temperature of the machine, the pressure between the rollers, the guide rollers, etc. were adjusted repeatedly. As a result, the above-mentioned fault phenomena were not completely eliminated. On the contrary, the adjustment became more disordered and the fault phenomenon became worse. Later, after careful analysis and observation, it was finally found that there was a certain amount of "wild glue" on the surface of the original rubber roller. It was this kind of "wild glue" that caused the deformation of the printing film. After the operator cleaned the rubber on the rubber roller, the deformation of the printing film was immediately eliminated

it turned out that the film covering glue accumulated on the rubber roller was transferred from the "gap" part of the film (i.e. the part where the local film did not cover the printing sheet) under the condition of inaccurate paper transfer. This benefited from the joint construction of "one belt and one road" by the two countries. Over time, the amount of film covering accumulated on the rubber roller gradually increased, and the viscosity also increased. In this way, to a certain extent, during the film covering process, the film covering glue accumulated on the rubber roller produces a certain strength of adhesive force on the printing sheet, and this "force" is just opposite to the "paper feeding" direction of the film covering printing sheet. Then, at the moment of rolling the film covering printing sheet under high-speed conditions, due to the adhesive force of the film covering glue on the rubber roller on the printing sheet, the local tensile deformation of the film covering printing sheet is caused, This kind of deformation is mainly manifested in the obvious unevenness of the paper surface, or even the curl phenomenon, resulting in inaccurate trimming or die-cutting specifications. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of such adverse conditions, the personnel of each shift should wipe the film covering glue accumulated on the rubber roller with diluent during the production process, so as to avoid adverse conditions and affect the normal production and quality

the occurrence and elimination of the above quality faults give great enlightenment to the author: in the production process, only strictly implement the production operation procedures, do a good job in the production operation, and pay attention to keeping the surface of the roller clean, which can not only better ensure the product quality, but also effectively avoid or reduce the opportunities of various faults and improve the production efficiency
