it turned out that the film covering glue accumulated on the rubber roller was transferred from the "gap" part of the film (i.e. the part where the local film did not cover the printing sheet) under the condition of inaccurate paper transfer. This benefited from the joint construction of "one belt and one road" by the two countries. Over time, the amount of film covering accumulated on the rubber roller gradually increased, and the viscosity also increased. In this way, to a certain extent, during the film covering process, the film covering glue accumulated on the rubber roller produces a certain strength of adhesive force on the printing sheet, and this "force" is just opposite to the "paper feeding" direction of the film covering printing sheet. Then, at the moment of rolling the film covering printing sheet under high-speed conditions, due to the adhesive force of the film covering glue on the rubber roller on the printing sheet, the local tensile deformation of the film covering printing sheet is caused, This kind of deformation is mainly manifested in the obvious unevenness of the paper surface, or even the curl phenomenon, resulting in inaccurate trimming or die-cutting specifications. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of such adverse conditions, the personnel of each shift should wipe the film covering glue accumulated on the rubber roller with diluent during the production process, so as to avoid adverse conditions and affect the normal production and quality
